From schools and organisations to sporting environments and community groups, we deliver workshops, group sessions, and 1:1 support for children, adults, vulnerable individuals, parents, and women at different life stages.

Supporting children and young people, including those who are vulnerable or navigating challenge, anxiety, identity, and change.
Working alongside schools and education settings, we create safe spaces where young people can build emotional awareness, resilience, and confidence, while also supporting parents and carers to better understand and guide them.

Supporting people at work as people first.
We partner with organisations to deliver wellbeing support that addresses pressure, performance, stress, and culture, helping individuals and teams feel supported, valued, and able to thrive in demanding environments.

Supporting athletes, parents, and those within sport to navigate the realities behind performance.
From pressure, anxiety, and identity, to retention, release, and transition, we provide grounded support that helps people cope, adjust, and move forward, on and off the field.

Our community-based workshops are designed to promote mental health and emotional resilience across diverse groups. We collaborate with schools, organisations, and community settings to deliver engaging and informative sessions. These workshops aim to empower participants through practical tools and shared experiences.

Jude is the founder of DotDotDot Wellbeing, an accredited wellbeing and safeguarding professional, mother, and someone who understands the realities of life across different environments.
With a background rooted in public protection, high-risk case management, and elite sporting environments, Jude has worked within complex, high-pressure settings where wellbeing, identity, and performance often intersect. Her experience spans many elements of life, giving her a grounded and realistic understanding of the challenges people face.
Jude is also a counsellor in training, currently undertaking CPCAB Level 4 Therapeutic Counselling, and is a registered member of the BACP. This ongoing development further strengthens her person-centred approach, bringing depth, empathy, and professional insight into every session.
DotDotDot Wellbeing was built from this depth of experience. Jude’s approach is real, grounded, and shaped around the people in front of her, creating safe spaces where individuals and groups can pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
The name DotDotDot comes from the three dots used in writing, moments where a sentence pauses, continues, and leaves space for thought.
It reflects the way life often feels… not linear, not finished, but evolving.
A pause to breathe.
A space to think.
A moment before what comes next.
At DotDotDot Wellbeing, that’s exactly what we create—space to pause, process, and progress.
If something here has resonated with you, we’d be glad to hear from you.
